What determines the price
- Unit count and vehicle type — a tractor-trailer is not a cargo van
- Frequency — recurring work prices below one-off work, and the gap widens with volume
- Condition — a fleet washed monthly costs less per unit than one washed once a year
- Scope — exterior wash, washout, degreasing, brightening and detailing are separate line items
- Site access — gate windows, badging and confined work areas affect crew time
- Location — everything inside the standard radius is priced the same way; beyond it, mobilisation is quoted separately
Contract pricing
Above roughly ten units on a recurring cycle, a contract programme prices below per-visit work and includes priority scheduling and a per-unit condition report on every visit. Below that, one-off pricing is usually the better deal — we will say so rather than sell you a contract you do not need.
